This card indicates a time for rebirth, renewal, fecundity, and growth. Sail forth now while the tide is high. Follow your guiding star, and the life force will fill your sails. Consider this an auspicious time for new life, great endeavors, creation, and metamorphosis.
Consider the text of the Zap Oracle card: Approach:

This is a time to go forward into new possibilities.

Shakespeare wrote: "There is a tide in the affairs of men, Which taken at the flood, leads on to fortune. Omitted, all the voyage of their life is bound in shallows and in miseries. On such a full sea are we now afloat. And we must take the current when it serves, or lose our ventures."

This is high tide to approach something — a new situation, relationship, or inner change. If there is an open window of opportunity that your deepest intuition supports, then this is a propitious time to approach.

The Wilhelm Baynes I Ching, on Hexagram 19:

APPPROACH has supreme success.
Perseverance furthers.

The hexagram as a whole points to a time of joyous, hopeful progress. Spring is approaching. Joy and forbearance bring high and low nearer together. Success is certain. But we must work with determination and perseverance to make full use of the propitiousness of the time. And one thing more: spring does not last forever. We must take heed of this change in good time. If we meet evil before it becomes reality—before it has even begun to stir—we can master it.
